While looking for some inspiration for a bookshelf, I stumbled upon the work of Chicako Ibaraki. She is Japanese, and just like most japanese architects or designers her furniture is wonderfully balanced. Her Weave Bookshelf consists of two flat bars running perpendicular at right angles. The smartly woven structure can hold up to 200 books.
