Kushtetuta

Kushtetuta” – means “Constitution”, an ironic beginning.
For different factors, the constitution of Kosovo allows far more freedom and rights that the society gives to itself. If you divide the word into KUSH TE TUT A?
It translates as “Who scares you?” in Albanian. ;–)
