Kumo – 雲
Kumo – 雲 chair (meaning “clouds” in Japanese) by Mitz Takahashi, a furniture designer/maker who grew up in Osaka, Japan, and is currently based in Montreal, Canada. Similar to the leather self suspended seating of the Muller van Severen collection Mitz uses comfortable stuffed heavy duty canvas seating and water-based clear coated maple dowels with hidden joints to hold the seating. Very comfy and beautiful as well.
